This super strong smoking shelter includes clear side panels and is easy to assemble by simply bolting together, creating a designated freestanding smoking area compliant with smoking ban legislation. The mild steel frame has a tube size of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", which is shot blasted, zinc coated, and powder-coated for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and features high-impact resistant aluminum composite with UV protective coating, while the side panels are made of pre-glazed mild steel with 3/16" polycarbonate glazing also protected against UV damage. The shelter comes with a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels and requires a solid, level base for fixing. Assembly typically takes 4 - 6 hours for two qualified workpeople, with all necessary mounting fixings supplied. The shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with full assembly instructions.
