The Super Strong Open Front Smoking Shelter features a tough yet lightweight black steel frame with a clear curved roof and clear half side panels, designed for easy assembly by simply bolting together to create a designated freestanding smoking area for your premises. This outdoor smoking shelter complies with smoking ban legislation and is constructed with a mild steel frame, with tube dimensions of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32". The frame is shot blasted, zinc coated, and proxy/polyester powder coated for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and made from 5/8" cellular multiwall polycarbonate, known for its strong durability, high impact resistance, and UV protective coating. The mild steel side panels are pre-glazed with surface fixing rivets, utilizing 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing, also with a UV protective coating. The shelter includes a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels and requires a solid, level base for installation. Assembly typically takes 4 - 6 hours for two qualified workpeople, and all mounting fixings are supplied. The product is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with full assembly instructions. Additionally, due to Florida building code requirements, shelters in Florida are subject to wind-load specifications of 130 mph to 180 mph, and engineering services for site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance are available at an additional cost.
