The No Butts 4-Sided Smoking Shelter SR1562-BLK features half side panels and dimensions of 10'4"W x 7'D x 7'11"H, constructed with a robust aluminum composite roof and a tough yet lightweight black steel frame. This super strong smoking shelter is designed for easy assembly, requiring only bolting together, to create a designated freestanding smoking area that complies with smoking ban legislation. It is constructed from a mild steel frame with a tube size of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", which is shot blasted, zinc coated, and powder coated with proxy/polyester for enhanced durability. The roof is curved and supported by mild steel beams, while the side panels are made from mild steel that is pre-glazed with surface fixing rivets, featuring 3/16" polycarbonate glazing that offers high impact resistance and UV protection. The shelter comes with a 10-year warranty against discoloration on both the roof and side panels. It requires a solid, level base for installation, with assembly time typically taking 4 to 6 hours for two qualified workpeople. All necessary mounting fixings are included, and the shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with comprehensive assembly instructions. It should be noted that due to Florida building codes, the wind-load rating in Florida ranges from 130 mph to 180 mph, necessitating engineering services at an additional cost for shelters sold in Florida.
