This smoking shelter is designed for easy assembly through simple bolting and provides a designated freestanding smoking area that complies with smoking ban legislation. The mild steel frame is composed of tubes measuring 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", which are shot blasted, zinc coated, and powder coated for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams, while the strong side panels are pre-glazed with surface-fixing rivets, incorporating 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing with a UV protective coating. It comes with a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels, and requires a solid, level base for fixing, with an assembly time of approximately 4 - 6 hours for two qualified workers. All mounting fixings are included, and the shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with full assembly instructions. Due to Florida building code restrictions, the wind-load for this shelter in Florida is specified between 130 mph to 180 mph, and engineering services for compliance are available at an additional cost.
