The No Butts 4-Sided Smoking Shelter SR1558-BLK features half side panels and measures 7'W x 3'6"D x 7'11"H, constructed with a super strong aluminum composite roof supported by a tough, yet lightweight black mild steel frame with a tube size of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32". The outdoor smoking shelter is designed to comply with smoking ban legislation and provides a designated freestanding smoking area. The frame is shot blasted, zinc coated, and polyester powder coated for enhanced durability. The roof consists of curved mild steel beams, while the side panels are made of mild steel pre-glazed with surface-fixing rivets and 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing that features UV protective coating. The shelter includes a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels and requires a solid, level base for installation. Assembly typically takes 4 - 6 hours for two qualified workpeople, and all necessary mounting fixings are supplied. The unit is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with comprehensive assembly instructions. Additionally, due to Florida building code regulations, shelters sold in Florida must accommodate wind-loads ranging from 130 mph to 180 mph, and require site-specific engineering services and drawings for building code compliance at an additional cost, if needed.
