The super strong 4-sided smoking shelter features a tough yet lightweight black steel frame with a clear curved roof and clear half side panels, designed for easy assembly by bolting together to create a designated freestanding smoking area. This outdoor smoking shelter complies with smoking ban legislation and is constructed with a mild steel frame using tubes sized 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", which are shot blasted, zinc coated, and proxy/polyester powder coated to enhance durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and utilizes 5/8" cellular multiwall polycarbonate that offers high impact resistance and UV protection. The side panels are made of mild steel and are pre-glazed with surface fixing rivets, featuring 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing also equipped with UV protective coating. The shelter includes a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels and requires a solid, level base for installation, with assembly typically taking 4 to 6 hours for two qualified workpeople. All necessary mounting fixings are supplied, and the shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with complete assembly instructions. Note that due to Florida building code regulations, the wind-load specifications for shelters sold in Florida range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and some shelters may not be permissible. Shelters sold to Florida will require engineering services at an additional cost, with site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance also available for an additional fee if needed.
