The No Butts Open Front Smoking Shelter SR1586-F-BLK is a freestanding structure designed for use in designated smoking areas, measuring 7'W x 7'D x 7'11"H. It features a super strong 4-sided construction with a tough yet lightweight black steel frame and an aluminum curved roof. The side panels are made from clear, high-impact resistant material with a UV protective coating. The mild steel frame utilizes tubes sized at 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", which are shot blasted, zinc coated, and finished with a proxy/polyester powder coating for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams, and the side panels are pre-glazed with 3/16" polycarbonate glazing and fixed with surface rivets. This product comes with a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels and requires a solid, level base for installation. Assembly typically takes 4 to 6 hours with two qualified workers, and all mounting fixings are supplied. The shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with comprehensive assembly instructions. Due to Florida building codes, the wind-load requirements in Florida range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and any shelters sold there will necessitate additional engineering services.
