The No Butts Open Front Smoking Shelter SR1585-F-BLK is a freestanding unit with dimensions of 13'9"W x 3'6"D x 7'11"H, featuring a super strong yet lightweight black steel frame and an aluminum composite roof. This four-sided smoking shelter complies with smoking ban legislation and is designed for easy assembly, requiring simple bolting together. Constructed with a mild steel frame using tubes sized 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", the frame undergoes shot blasting, zinc coating, and proxy/polyester powder coating to enhance durability. The curved roof is supported by robust mild steel beams and is complemented by high-impact resistant and UV protective aluminum composite materials. The side panels feature pre-glazed mild steel with surface fixing rivets and 3/16" polycarbonate glazing, also treated with a UV protective coating. The shelter comes with a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels. It requires a solid, level base for installation, with assembly estimated to take 4 to 6 hours for two qualified workers, and all mounting fixings are included. The unit is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with comprehensive assembly instructions. Note that due to Florida building code regulations, the wind-load capacity ranges from 130 mph to 180 mph, and shelters sold in Florida will necessitate additional engineering services and site-specific engineered drawings for compliance at an extra cost.
