The No Butts Open Front Smoking Shelter SR1584-F-BLK is a freestanding smoking shelter designed with dimensions of 10'4"W x 3'6"D x 7'11"H and features a strong, lightweight black steel frame with an aluminum composite roof. This robust structure includes clear side panels for visibility and is easy to assemble, requiring only bolting together. The shelter complies with smoking ban legislation and features a mild steel frame with a tube size of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", which is shot blasted, zinc coated, and proxy/polyester powder coated for enhanced durability. The roof, supported by curved mild steel beams, is made of durable aluminum composite with high impact resistance and UV protective coating. The side panels are constructed of pre-glazed mild steel, fitted with 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing, also featuring UV protective coating. The shelter comes with a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels. For installation, a solid, level base is required, and assembly typically takes 4 to 6 hours for two qualified workpeople. All necessary mounting fixings are supplied, and the product is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with complete assembly instructions. Additionally, due to Florida building codes, shelters sold in Florida will necessitate additional engineering services at an extra cost, with site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for compliance available upon request.
