The structure includes a mild steel frame with a tube size of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", which is shot blasted, zinc coated, and powder coated for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams, while the side panels are made from pre-glazed mild steel with riveted surface fixings. The glazing consists of 3/16" super strong polycarbonate with UV protective coating, ensuring high impact resistance. The shelter comes with a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels. A solid, level base is required for installation, with an assembly time of approximately 4 to 6 hours for two qualified workpeople. All mounting fixings are included, and the package is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with full assembly instructions. Notably, due to Florida building code regulations, the wind-load specifications for this shelter range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and engineering services may be necessary at an additional cost to ensure compliance.
