The Super Strong 4-Sided Smoking Shelter features a tough yet lightweight black steel frame complemented by a clear curved roof and clear half side panels, creating a designated freestanding smoking area for outdoor premises. It is designed for easy assembly by simply bolting together and complies with smoking ban legislation. The frame is made of mild steel with tube dimensions of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32" and is shot blasted, zinc coated, and powder coated with proxy/polyester for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and is constructed from 5/8" cellular multiwall polycarbonate, offering strong impact resistance and a UV protective coating. The side panels are made of mild steel and are pre-glazed with 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing, also featuring a UV protective coating. This product comes with a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels and requires a solid, level base for installation. Assembly typically takes 4 to 6 hours for two qualified workpeople, with all necessary mounting fixings included. The shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with comprehensive assembly instructions. It is important to note that due to Florida building codes, wind-load requirements in that state range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and some shelters cannot be sold there. Shelters sold in Florida will necessitate engineering services at an additional cost, with site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance also available at additional cost if required.
