The Super Strong Open Front Smoking Shelter features a tough yet lightweight black steel frame complemented by a clear curved roof and clear side panels, designed for easy assembly with a simple bolt-together process. This freestanding smoking area complies with smoking ban legislation, ensuring a designated space on your premises. The construction includes a mild steel frame with tube dimensions of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", which is shot blasted, zinc coated, and finished with a proxy/polyester powder coating for enhanced durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and is made of 5/8" cellular multiwall polycarbonate, offering high impact resistance and UV protection. The mild steel side panels come pre-glazed with robust 3/16" polycarbonate glazing, also featuring a UV protective coating. This product carries a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels. It requires a solid, level base for installation, with an assembly time typically ranging from 4 to 6 hours for two qualified individuals. All necessary mounting fixings are included, and the shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with comprehensive assembly instructions. Please note that due to Florida building code regulations, the wind-load requirements in Florida range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and some shelters cannot be sold in the state. Shelters sold in Florida will necessitate engineering services at an additional cost, with site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance also available at an additional cost if required.
