The super strong open front smoking shelter features a tough yet light black steel frame complemented by a clear curved roof and clear side panels. It is designed for easy assembly, requiring simple bolting together to create a designated freestanding smoking area for premises, in compliance with smoking ban legislation. The frame is constructed from mild steel with a tube size of 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" x 3/32", which is shot blasted, zinc coated, and polyester powder coated to enhance durability. The roof is supported by curved mild steel beams and is made from 5/8" cellular multiwall polycarbonate, offering high impact resistance and a UV protective coating. The side panels are pre-glazed with 3/16" super strong polycarbonate glazing also featuring a UV protective coating. This smoking shelter comes with a 10-year warranty against discoloration on the roof and side panels and requires a solid, level base for installation. After site preparation, assembly time is typically 4 - 6 hours for 2 qualified workpeople, and all necessary mounting fixings are included. The shelter is delivered flat-packed on a pallet with full assembly instructions. Due to Florida building code regulations, the wind-load capacity in Florida is between 130 mph and 180 mph, and some shelters may not be sold in Florida, where engineering services and site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance are available at an additional cost if required.
