Reel racks are designed for durability in manufacturing and distribution settings, providing a reliable solution to store and dispense various materials such as poly or wire rope, hose, electrical cable, or chain on reels or spools. The racks feature double welded uprights made from sturdy 3" structural channel, welded to a 4" channel base, ensuring robust construction. The 96" units include 3 pairs of adjustable axle brackets, while the 120" and 144" units come with 4 pairs, with additional brackets available for separate purchase. These special axle brackets can be adjusted on 2" centers vertically along the uprights and can accommodate axles up to 2 1/2" in diameter. Units must be secured to the floor prior to use for safety. The racks are shipped knocked down and come with a grey enamel finish complemented by orange axle brackets. The width measurement provided reflects the inside dimension, with an additional 8" required for the overall width dimension. Each bracket pair has a capacity of 2,000 lbs.
