Reel racks are designed to endure the rigors of a manufacturing or distribution environment, providing a robust solution for storing and dispensing poly or wire rope, hose, electrical cable, or chain. Constructed with double welded uprights made from hefty 3" structural channel and welded to a 4" channel base, these racks feature adjustable axle brackets on 2" centers, with the 96" units equipped with 3 pairs of axle brackets, while the 120" and 144" units include 4 pairs. Each bracket has a capacity of 2,000 lbs. and can accommodate axles up to 2 1/2" in diameter. The units must be secured to the floor prior to use and are shipped knocked down for ease of transport, finished in grey enamel with distinctive orange axle brackets. The width measurement provided refers to the inside dimension; to obtain the overall width, add 8" to this dimension.
