The Steel King® SK2000® pallet rack add-on unit measures 120"W x 42"D x 96"H and has a capacity of 6700 lbs. This unit features Steel King® SK2000® series boltless pallet rack uprights constructed from high strength tubular steel framing, incorporating built-in braces for added strength. It has a powder coat finish on both the uprights and beams. The tear-drop connection is designed to be interchangeable with most industrial storage rack systems currently in use. The closed tube upright design provides 250% more frontal impact strength and 68% greater side impact resistance compared to open back columns, enhancing product safety by reducing the likelihood of bending or twisting. The three rivet connection is designed to be stronger than the typical two rivet connection found on other pallet rack uprights. It includes 10 gauge welded base plates allowing for floor anchoring. The pallet rack beams are crafted from high-strength steel with a minimum of 55,000 P.S.I. and are constructed from continuously welded structural tubing to ensure durability while preventing moisture and debris accumulation. Additionally, the 1-5/8"H step beams are compatible with optional decking (not included), and beam ends are equipped with a three rivet lock design paired with a safety lock for secure installation on uprights.
