The Pocket Air Filter is constructed of an ultra-fiberglass fiber media bonded to a thin non-woven synthetic backing and sewn with multiple rows of expanded stitching. The medium to high efficiency filters are available with MERV ratings of 11, 12, 13, and 15 and feature an open throat design for optimum air flow, low initial pressure drop, and superior dust holding capacity. The filter includes a galvanized steel header and J-channels for enhanced filter strength. It can be used in a variety of commercial and industrial applications, including specialty uses such as oil mist collection, fume collection, and the capture of heavy concentrated airborne contaminants. This filter is suitable as a primary or secondary filter in HVAC systems, hospitals, automotive environments, and biotechnology settings.
