The W-Series long hand sealers, available in an ivory color, are designed for durability with a robust steel construction and offer a longer sealing length. These sealers can be utilized for both standard sealing and cut and seal applications by ordering round wires or opting for models that include a cutter. The cutting blade operates approximately 3/4 inch from the seal line, and matching film rollers are also available for optimal use. The manufacturer's replacement kit consists of 3 elements along with 1 blade if the cutter unit is selected. The sealers are user-friendly; simply set the timer, position the bag between the sealing bar, and press down on the seal bar. For optimal sealing quality, it is recommended to hold the seal bar down for a couple of seconds after the light turns off before releasing. For models equipped with a sliding cutter, the user should slide the cutter across the bag while maintaining pressure on the seal bar to achieve a clean cut.
