The Wirecrafters® RapidGuard™ II lift-off machine guarding system is designed to protect welding machines, stretch wrappers, conveyors, and other automated equipment while ensuring easy access. Its unique lift-off design allows for quick panel removal by loosening tool removable hardware, significantly streamlining the process of panel installation and removal. The system ensures that hardware remains attached to the posts, reducing the risk of lost or uninstalled components. RapidGuard™ II features panels that easily lift off from the upright posts, granting full access to the guarded equipment for maintenance personnel during downtime or service calls, while maintaining necessary safety and security during operation. The system complies with OSHA, ANSI, RIA, and ISO standards and features 1-1/2" square 10ga welded wire mesh with minimal 7.87' spacing from hazards, optimizing the process footprint and conserving valuable floor space. The black powder-coated lift-off panels provide high visibility of operations within the guarding, while the yellow powder-coated posts enhance visibility for both material handling and pedestrian traffic outside the guarding area. The product comes with a limited warranty of 1 year.
