The Transit is a classic, anodized aluminum bike shelter designed to enclose bikes on three sides, keeping them dry in all weather conditions. With thousands installed nationwide, it has gained acceptance from businesses, universities, transit companies, government agencies, and more. This modular and rustproof shelter offers barrel, flat, or hip roof options, with powder coating available in various colors upon request. Site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance can be provided at an additional cost. In Florida, due to the Florida Building Code, wind-load requirements range from 130 MPH to 180 MPH, and some shelters cannot be sold in the state; all shelters sold in Florida will necessitate engineering services at an additional cost. Bike racks are sold separately.
