The Peapod Mini is a fully enclosed and locking bike shelter designed to securely park 15 bikes on Velodome MaxRack stands, featuring a compact footprint. It is fabricated from heavy-duty, anodized aluminum and includes shatter-proof, 1/4" glass side panels, ensuring protection against theft and the elements. The kit comes with a mortise and cylinder lock set along with 2 keys, and custom door cutouts for customer-supplied locks are available for an extra charge. Optional features include 2" x 2" x 3/16" stainless steel wire mesh side panels, powder coating in various colors upon request, and additional bottom closure panels or a panic bar. The Peapod Mini has a modular and slim profile with a 42" wide door, and its rustproof construction allows for durability. It is produced in pre-assembled sections for easy assembly, and the MaxRack stands are sold separately. Site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance are available at an additional cost, with a note that due to the Florida Building Code, the wind-load requirements in Florida range from 130 MPH to 180 MPH, and some shelters cannot be sold in Florida. Engineering services will be required at an additional cost for all shelters sold in Florida.
