The Peapod Mini is a fully enclosed and locking bike shelter designed to securely park 10 bikes in a compact footprint on Velodome Maxrack stands, fitting into a standard parking spot. It is fabricated from heavy-duty, anodized aluminum and features shatter-proof, 1/4" glass side panels, ensuring protection from theft and the elements. The shelter comes equipped with a mortise and cylinder lock set, including 2 keys, and offers custom door cutouts for customer-supplied locks at an additional charge. Optional 2" x 2" x 3/16" stainless steel wire mesh side panels can be added. The Peapod Mini is manufactured in pre-assembled sections for easy assembly. Key features include a modular design, a slim profile, a 42" wide door, rustproof materials, and available roof options such as barrel, flat, or hip. Additional options include stainless steel wire mesh side panels (price upon request), powder coating in various colors (price upon request), bottom closure panels, and a panic bar. Site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance can be provided at an additional cost, with wind-load requirements in Florida ranging from 130 mph to 180 mph, necessitating engineering services for shelters sold in that state.
