The Peapod Mini is a fully enclosed and locking bike shelter designed to securely accommodate 15 bikes on Velodome MaxRack stands, featuring a compact footprint. Constructed from heavy-duty, anodized aluminum and equipped with shatter-proof, 1/4" glass side panels, the shelter offers protection against theft and the elements. It includes a mortise and cylinder lock set with two keys, while custom door cutouts are available for customer-supplied locks at an additional charge. Optional features include 2" x 2" x 3/16" stainless steel wire mesh side panels, bottom closure panels, and a panic bar. This modular design boasts a slim profile, a 42" wide door, and is rustproof, available with barrel, flat, or hip roof configurations. Produced in pre-assembled sections for easy assembly, the shelter complies with site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance, which are offered at an extra cost. In Florida, where the building code requires wind-load specifications of 130 MPH to 180 MPH, additional engineering services are mandatory for all shelters sold. MaxRack stands are sold separately.
