The Peapod Mini is a fully enclosed and locking bike shelter that can securely park 15 bikes in a compact footprint on Velodome MaxRack stands. Fabricated in heavy-duty, anodized aluminum with 2" x 2" x 3/16" stainless steel wire mesh side panels, the Peapod Mini protects bikes from theft and the elements. It comes with a mortise and cylinder lock set, including 2 keys, and offers the option for custom door cutouts for customer-supplied locks at an extra charge. The shelter is produced in pre-assembled sections for easy assembly, while MaxRack stands are sold separately. Key features include a modular design, slim profile, 42" wide door, and rustproof construction. Roof options include barrel, flat, or hip. Additional options consist of shatter-proof 1/4" glass side panels, powder coating available in various colors (price upon request), bottom closure panels, and a panic bar. Note that site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance are available at an additional cost. For Florida, the wind-load requirements range from 130 MPH to 180 MPH, and due to the Florida Building Code, some shelters cannot be sold in the state; all shelters sold in Florida will require engineering services at an additional cost.
