The Peapod Mini is a fully enclosed and locking bike shelter designed to securely park 10 bikes using Velodome MaxRack stands, which are sold separately. Constructed from heavy-duty, anodized aluminum, it features 2" x 2" x 3/16" stainless steel wire mesh side panels, ensuring protection against theft and the elements. The unit includes a mortise and cylinder lock set with 2 keys, and custom door cutouts are available for customer-supplied locks at an additional charge. The Peapod Mini is produced in pre-assembled sections for easy assembly and boasts a modular design with a slim profile, a 42" wide door, and a rustproof barrel, flat, or hip roof option. Additional options include shatter-proof, 1/4" glass side panels, powder coating available in various colors upon request, bottom closure panels, and a panic bar. Please note that site-specific engineered drawings and calculations for building code compliance are available at an extra cost. In Florida, the wind-load requirements range from 130 mph to 180 mph, and specific shelters may not be available for sale in the state; all shelters sold in Florida will require engineering services at an additional cost.
