The KS-FS series automatic foot impulse sealers are ideal for high-volume poly bag and other thermoplastic sealing. The KS-FS455 model is designed to seal materials up to 18" wide and 15 mil total thickness, allowing operators to keep both hands free for quicker and more accurate sealing. It operates using impulse sealing controlled by a circuit board and features a digital display for easy timer settings. Once the correct settings are established, consistent seals are maintained automatically. The unit is a standalone automatic foot sealer that does not require a tabletop. It offers an easy operation mechanism where users can set the sealing (heat), congealing (cool), and recycle (auto) times based on the thickness of the material, and can also function in manual mode using a foot switch. Key features include impulse sealing with no warm-up time needed, dual mode operation (auto or manual), a foot switch for hands-free operation, and the inclusion of an electric foot switch and work table. The seal length is 24" (600mm), with a seal width of 5mm. This product comes with a limited warranty of 6 months.
