The HRS-255 band sealer is designed for sealing paper-plastic packages like Tyvek and foil, commonly used for packaging medical instruments or disposable devices such as IV bags, suture kits, medical draping, bandages, gauze, and other sterile products. This sealer utilizes a heat plate instead of traditional heaters, achieving temperatures of 180°C within 30 seconds. It features an AC motor that promotes quieter and more efficient operation, and it is constructed without gears or carbon brushes, resulting in lower maintenance and no oil pollution. The enclosed design makes it suitable for cleanroom environments. Recommended materials for use with the HRS-255 band sealer must conform to EN868-5 and YY/T0698-5, EN868-4 and YY/T0698-4, or consist of high-density polyethylene (like Tyvek) or aluminum foil compound materials. The product includes variable temperature control, feeds from left to right, and is easy to operate, with a fast warm-up time. It comes with a limited warranty of 6 months.
