FrM-1120C is designed to quickly and efficiently seal any thermoplastic material including PE, PPE, stand-up pouches, gusseted bags, and moisture barrier bags, making it suitable for various fields such as food, medical, and cosmetics industries. It features a durable stainless steel construction, a tilting seal head that can tilt up to 30°, and is easy to operate with minimal operator training, making it ideal for medium duty applications. The sealer is capable of sealing bags with liquids and is equipped with a solid state digital temperature controller that maintains the seal bars at the proper temperature for consistent seal quality. The sealing method utilized is constant/direct heat accompanied by a pair each of cooling and heating blocks, and it also incorporates dry ink coding for printing at the seal line. The unit feeds from right to left and comes with a limited warranty of 6 months.
