The W-Series direct heat foot-operated sealer is designed to seal a variety of thermoplastic materials, including coated aluminum foil, kraft paper, cellophane, polypropylene, poly-nylon, and other thicker materials, with the exception of polyethylene. It can seal materials up to 18" wide and 20 mil in total thickness. The sealer features meshed seal bars and is equipped with a German manufactured thermostat that accurately controls the temperature range from 30°F to 550°F (0°C to 300°C). Both jaws are heated simultaneously, ensuring better heat penetration for sealing thicker materials. The kit includes an adjustable work table for added convenience. Key specifications include an 18" (450mm) seal length and a 15mm seal width, and the jaws are PTFE coated for durability. The product is easy to operate: users simply set the temperature based on the material, and once the optimal setting is reached, consistent seals are maintained automatically by inserting the material between the sealing bars, pressing down on the footboard, and releasing. This product comes with a limited warranty of 6 months and includes protector bars around the sealing jaws for added safety.
