The W-Series direct heat foot-operated sealer is designed to seal various types of thermoplastic materials, including coated aluminum foil, kraft paper, cellophane, polypropylene, poly-nylon, and other thicker materials, with the restriction that it cannot seal polyethylene. This versatile sealer can accommodate material up to 8" wide and 20 mil total thickness. It features meshed seal bars and is equipped with a German-manufactured thermostat that accurately controls temperatures from 30°F to 550°F (0°C to 300°C), ensuring both jaws are heated simultaneously for better heat penetration on thicker materials. The W-Series direct heat sealers come with an adjustable work table and include protective bars around the sealing jaws for added safety. The seal dimensions are 8" (200mm) in length and 15mm in width, employing a meshed seal style. This product also features PTFE-coated jaws for improved performance and has a limited warranty of 6 months.
