The W-Series automatic sealer is designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic materials, with the W-755AA model capable of sealing materials up to 30" wide and a total thickness of 25 mil. This sealer is controlled by a plug-in transistorized circuit board and features an electronic timer and electromagnet, allowing for the maintenance of consistent seals once the correct settings are established. The machine operates in two modes: automatic and manual. In automatic mode, users can set the control, adjust sealing time (heating time), congealing (cooling time), and recycle time (automatic operation of jaws). In manual mode, users insert the material and press down on the foot switch to activate the sealing bar. Key features include automatic impulse sealing with precise electronic control, a foot switch that allows both hands to be free, and three separate control settings for sealing time, recycle time, and congealing time to ensure consistent seals. The kit includes an electric foot switch and a worktable, with a seal length of 30" (750 mm) and a seal width of 5 mm. This product has a limited warranty of 6 months.
