The portable hand-held device allows for easy and flexible sealing of heat seal-compatible plastic film and materials such as aluminum foil, coated paper, or coated cellulose film. It features PTFE-coated jaws that prevent materials from sticking to the seal bars, and it is important to note that direct heat sealers cannot seal polyethylene material. The device has a seal width of 12mm (0.47 inches) and a seal length of 400mm (15.7 inches) with a serrated seal style, making it suitable for thicker materials. Designed and manufactured in Germany, this lightweight sealer is easy to operate; after a warm-up time of 5-15 minutes depending on the material, users can set the temperature and simply insert the material between the jaws, closing them for a few seconds to achieve a satisfactory seal. The product comes with a limited warranty of 6 months.
