The Omni Metalcraft chain driven live roller conveyor (model CDLR1.9X9-36-4-20-F30-0.5) measures 20 feet in length and has an effective width of 36 inches. It features 1.9-inch diameter x 9 gauge steel rollers positioned on 4-inch centers, with the rollers elevated on the idler side. The conveyor operates at a speed of up to 30 feet per minute and is powered by a 1/2 HP motor, compatible with 208-230/460 VAC in a 3-phase configuration. The drive is mounted at the side high, and the conveyor includes five supports for maintaining a top roller height of 36 inches +/- 3 inches.
