The kit includes drills measuring 6" in overall length with extended shanks suited for long reach applications, featuring jobber drill flute lengths. These drills are manufactured from high-speed steel and utilize a 135° split point that is self-centering, which helps to reduce thrust and facilitate easier penetration; however, sizes under .0625 do not have split points. The black oxide finish enhances wear resistance and adds lubricity when drilling in ferrous materials. This product is designed for drilling in carbon steel, alloy steel, and cast iron, and is made in the USA. The package contains a total of 12 drills and comes with a 30-day warranty.
