The kit includes a pack of 6 jobber drills with an overall length of 12 inches and extended shanks designed for long reach applications. These drills are manufactured from high-speed steel and feature a jobber drill flute length. The 135° split point is self-centering, which reduces thrust and allows for easier penetration; however, sizes under .0625 do not have split points. The black oxide finish enhances wear resistance and provides added lubricity when drilling in ferrous materials. These drills are suitable for drilling in carbon steel, alloy steel, and cast iron.
