The drill kit features a 6" overall length with extended shanks designed for long reach applications, and it includes jobber drill flute lengths. Each drill is manufactured from high-speed steel, and the 135° split point is self-centering to reduce thrust and facilitate easier penetration; however, sizes under .0625 do not have split points. The black oxide finish enhances wear resistance and increases lubricity when used in ferrous materials, making it suitable for drilling in carbon steel, alloy steel, and cast iron. This kit is made in the USA and comes in a pack of 12. It includes a 30-day warranty for added assurance.
