The extra-large Scienceware® desiccator cabinet is designed to provide a low humidity, dust-free environment for multiple large moisture-sensitive material containers or a greater number of small ones. It features clear panels on all sides for easy visualization of contents, constructed from rugged copolyester side and top panels, along with a polycarbonate door and rear panel to ensure long-lasting durability. The cabinet includes two pull-out, perforated acrylic shelves that facilitate maximum air circulation and have built-in stops to prevent accidental tipping, with a maximum weight capacity of 10 lbs (4.5 kg) per shelf. The shelves can be removed to transform the cabinet into a single, spacious chamber tailored for specific storage needs, accommodating up to seven shelves spaced 2" apart, with extra shelves available for separate purchase. The model number is F43000-0001, and it is recommended to use Scienceware® desiccant in a cartridge (F42045-0250) placed below the bottom shelf. The door hinges are located on the right side.
