Maximize your space in the laboratory or classroom with these strong, shatterproof desiccators, designed to provide dry storage and protection for moisture-sensitive products in less than 12" of benchtop space. The desiccators feature a 'flat dome' clear polycarbonate top with a large ribbed knob for easy lifting, which maximizes interior clearances and offers an average of 13% greater interior volume compared to standard hemispherical domes. Each model comes with a 0.32 cm thick perforated plate, allowing for the placement of disposable or reusable desiccant both on or beneath the plate. A neoprene O-ring ensures a tight seal down to 0°C without the need for grease, although using grease will not harm the O-ring. The white polypropylene bottom is suitable for supporting incandescent crucibles at high heat along with Minerit HD ceramic desiccator plates (Series F42038).
