Choose a starter rated for current higher than the motor's FLA, and select the control power used to operate the contactor. Optional criteria for selection include incoming power type, which can be a direct-online starter if line power is used for control, or a separate control voltage if they differ. Additionally, options for remote start terminals are available for external switch activation.
