3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP190 Gray is a two-part epoxy adhesive designed for exceptional performance with high shear and peel strength, suitable for bonding a variety of materials including metals, ceramics, wood, fiberboard, glass, rubber, and many plastics. This adhesive offers tough, strong bonds, featuring an extended work life of 90 minutes for adjustment and precise application, and it reaches handling strength in 10 hours. The product exhibits good environmental aging properties, delivering long-term durability. Packaged in a 1:1 Duo-Pak, it has a moderately high modulus, medium viscosity, and is flammability tested per UL94 HB. The adhesive achieves full cure in 7 days at room temperature and is capable of bonding different materials with moderate flexibility and elongation. Recommended applications include plastic to metal bonding, wood to metal bonding, wood to plastic bonding, and serving as a semi-flexible potting compound.
