The HL-M810II is an advanced coding and sealing machine that operates by feeding products from left to right and features a hot ink coding imprinter for printing dates, expiration dates, or lot codes. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the unit is designed for ease of operation with minimal training required. It boasts a fast warm-up time and utilizes a solid-state temperature controller that maintains the seal bars at the optimal temperature for consistent seal quality. The fully adjustable conveyor allows for modifications in both height and depth relative to the seal bars, while the motorized rubber conveyor enables speed control. The machine incorporates knurled pressure rolls with variable pressure adjustment and uses a constant/direct heat sealing method, complemented by cooling and heating blocks. The dry ink coding feature allows printing directly on the seal line, and it is equipped with an emergency stop button for safety. The manufacturer's spare parts kit includes essential items such as a PC board, PTFE belt, wheel belt, fuse, motor brush, heating element, silica gel ring, silicone pin, tweezers, and typesets for numbers and letters. Optional features available for the HL-M810II include a stainless steel stand for horizontal models, dry ink coding, a digital counter for tracking sealed packages, and a right-to-left configuration, which is now a stock option.
