The FRM-1010 band sealer is designed to deliver both elegance and functionality, featuring a 15mm seal width, which is the widest available in its class. This heavier duty model surpasses the capabilities of the CBS and HLM band sealer lines, ensuring superior sealing quality. The unit operates in a vertical configuration, accommodating a minimum bag height of 7.8 inches and a maximum height of 12.0 inches. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it is easy to operate with minimal training required. The sealer boasts a fast warm-up time and a solid-state temperature controller that maintains the seal bars at the appropriate temperature for consistent quality. The fully adjustable conveyor allows for customization of height and depth in relation to the seal bars, with speed control facilitated by a motorized rubber conveyor. It features knurled pressure rolls with variable pressure adjustment, one pair each of cooling and heating blocks, and utilizes a constant/direct heat sealing method. Additionally, the dry ink coding capability allows for printing on the seal line, and the unit is designed to feed right to left. Safety is prioritized with an emergency stop button, while the manufacturer's spare parts kit includes essential components such as a PC board, PTFE belt, wheel belt, fuse, motor brush, heating element, silica gel ring, silicone pin, tweezers, and typesets (numbers 0-9 and letters EXP, MFD).
