The FRM-1010-20MM is a heavy-duty band sealer designed with a 20mm seal width, making it the widest option available. Its vertical configuration accommodates bags with a minimum height of 7.8 inches and a maximum height of 12.0 inches when filled. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this model is easy to operate, requiring minimal operator training, and features a fast warm-up time. It can seal any thermoplastic material, including polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), and laminates, thanks to its solid-state temperature controller, which maintains seal bars at the proper temperature for consistent seal quality. The fully adjustable conveyor is equipped with a motorized rubber conveyor that has speed control, and knurled pressure rolls with variable pressure adjustment. The sealing method utilized is constant/direct heat with a 15mm seal width, and the unit feeds right to left, including an emergency stop button for safety. Spare parts provided with the kit encompass a PC board, PTFE sealing belt, wheel belt, tools, and type set.
