KF Impulse hand sealers are designed to seal poly bags and other thermoplastic materials efficiently and quickly without requiring any warm-up time. Depending on the model, these machines can seal materials up to 20 inches wide and 20 mil total thickness. Each sealer is equipped with a plug-in electronic timer that controls the sealing times for different material thicknesses. The sealers are available in sizes of 4", 8", 12", 16", and 20", with seal widths of 2mm, 2.6mm, or 5mm. The manufacturer's kit includes two heating elements and two PTFE covers. Additionally, round wire heating elements are available for cut and seal applications at no additional charge. The operation is straightforward: set the timer, insert the bag between the sealing bars, press down, and release, with a recommendation to hold the sealing arm down for an extra second or two to ensure the bag sets and cools properly. Key features include a plug-in electronic timer for variable control, all-metal construction, no warm-up time, and an optional round wire for seal and cut applications. The 2mm seal width variant meets ETL certification.
