The CS-5050B semi-automatic uniform carton sealer is designed for heavy-duty applications, featuring an operator-fed system that ensures a professional-looking seal. This machine incorporates a 4-belt design with 2 side and 2 top belts, providing reliable and durable performance. It includes infeed and exit conveyors, casters, a power cord, and a plug, allowing for easy integration into existing workflows. The operator simply folds the top flaps of the corrugated carton and feeds it into the machine, which applies a single tape to both the top and bottom of the case simultaneously. The CS-5050B allows for quick manual adjustments to accommodate different carton sizes, making it suitable for heavier boxes. It features an adjustable height of the table, a heavy-duty frame, and the capability to manually adjust height and width for each box size.
