The band sealer is designed for sealing all types of plastic materials and bags, capable of sealing 20-26 6" wide poly bags per minute. It features a durable stainless steel construction, easy operation requiring minimal training, and a fast warm-up time. The sealer can handle any thermoplastic material, including PE, PP, and laminates, while a solid-state temperature controller ensures the seal bars maintain the proper temperature for consistent seal quality. It includes a motorized rubber conveyor with speed control, a knurled pressure wheel with variable pressure adjustment, and both cooling and heating blocks. The sealing method employed is constant direct heat, with the unit feeding from right to left and equipped with an emergency stop button. Additionally, the unit includes a wheel for embossing on the seal line without ink and can be converted to a vertical configuration with an optional converting kit. The manufacturer's spare parts kit contains a PTFE sealing belt, drive belt, PC board, tools, and typesets (numbers 0-9 and letters EXD). Optional features include smooth or serrated seals, a stainless steel stand for horizontal units only, 15mm or 30mm seal width, and a digital counter to track sealed packages.
