The HL-M810I is a reliable packaging machine that operates with a left-to-right feed direction and includes a hot ink coding imprinter for printing dates, expiration dates, or lot codes. Key features of the unit encompass a durable stainless steel construction, minimal operator training requirements for ease of operation, and a rapid warm-up time. It features a solid-state temperature controller that maintains the seal bars at the correct temperature for consistent sealing quality. The conveyor is fully adjustable in height and depth in relation to the seal bars and is motorized for speed control. The sealing method employs constant/direct heat with a pair of cooling and heating blocks, while knurled pressure rolls allow for variable pressure adjustments. The dry ink coding system facilitates printing on the seal line, and an emergency stop button is included for safety. The manufacturer's spare parts kit comprises a PC board, PTFE belt, wheel belt, fuse, motor brush, heating element, silica gel ring, silicone pin, tweezers, and typesets (numbers 0-9 and letters EXP, MFD).
