Hallowell® Hi-Tech® Shelving is a robust shelving solution engineered to meet the demands of industrial applications, offering exceptional strength and versatility for modern facilities. Each shelving unit is constructed from heavy gauge cold rolled sheet steel, ensuring durability and longevity. The open style free standing shelving features sway braces for stability, and is designed for quick and easy assembly. The shelves are fabricated with roll formed rectangular tubular shaped front and rear edges featuring return bends, with welds spaced 3" on center to enhance strength. Triple flanged sides form a channel for added support, while fully lapped and resistance welded corners create a rigid structure. The top surface includes punch holes for shelf dividers on 1-1/2" centers for 36" wide x 12", 15", 18", and 24" deep shelves, with other sizes punched on 3" centers. Front and rear surfaces are also punched for accessory attachment, and the tubular front edge protects against impact loads. This shelving system is designed to support uniformly distributed loads up to 800 pounds.
