Hallowell® Hi-Tech® shelving is designed for fast and easy assembly and installation, available in open and closed styles with medium, heavy, and extra heavy duty shelves to accommodate specific shelving capacity requirements. Constructed from cold rolled sheet steel, it features 6 adjustable shelves with two ribs along the horizontal front and rear edges, and stamped identification on the top left corner. Class 0 shelves are fabricated from cold rolled sheet steel and incorporate roll formed rectangular tubular front and rear edges with return bends, resistance welded to the underside for maximum strength, with welds spaced 3" on center. The sides are triple flanged to form a channel, and all corners are lapped and resistance welded for added strength. The top surface is punched for attaching shelf dividers on 1-1/2" centers for shelves measuring 36" wide x 12", 15", 18", and 24" deep, while other sizes are punched on 3" centers. Both front and rear surfaces are also punched for accessory attachment, and the tubular front edge is designed to protect against impact loads, supporting uniformly distributed loads up to 400 pounds.
