The Interlake Mecalux assembled selective bolted pallet starter units provide versatility for warehouses with a wide variety of product types. This easy-to-order, pre-configured starter unit includes two upright frames and two beam shelf levels. The uprights and beams are manufactured from high-strength steel and other quality raw materials. Tear drop perforations on the face of the upright column allow for shelf adjustment at 2" increments, while standard, pre-punched footplates facilitate easy anchoring. The bolted pallet rack add-on unit undergoes a cataphoresis paint process based on electro-chemical technology, providing anti-corrosion protection, even layer thickness, and resistance against everyday wear and tear in a warehouse environment. The orange pallet rack beams feature a piston lock frame-to-beam connection that seats and locks automatically, protecting against accidental beam displacement, with the piston lock system being damage and tamper proof to prevent disengagement during use. Additionally, the 1 - 5/8" step within the orange pallet rack beams accommodates wire decking and other accessories, allowing for easy and simple assembly. The Interlake Mecalux bolted pallet rack tear drop starter units are Rack Manufacturers Institute, Inc. (RMI) certified.
